"Great blinds!"
I am very pleased with the blinds we purchased from blinds.com! We were happily surprised to receive them today, almost a week ahead of schedule. I made a mistake ordering two of the sets of blinds, but fortunately customer service representative Sarah R. was wonderful and helped me solve our problem. The blinds are beautiful and are a huge improvement in our living room. We definitely will be ordering from blinds.com again!

"Best service and beautiful blinds!"
I needed three blinds for my apartment (a 5th floor walk-up in an urban area, so many companies won't work with me), and Blinds.com couldn't have been more wonderful and easy to work with. Considering their less expensive than their competitors, I was given a specific point person (Carol! <3) who walked me through all the options and my millions of questions, sent me lots of samples and helped me schedule a measure appointment. Once I received the samples and decided what I wanted, I called her directly to place the order, which is so much easier than doing it alone online - lots of places I could have messed up, but Carol obviously knew what she was doing!. The blinds shipped quickly and were installed less than a week after arriving (the Home Depot certified installers were also wonderful and quick, and very respectful/safe during COVID).
The blinds are SO much nicer than I even expected. Will be a Blinds.com customer for life!

"Shauntavia Fallon and Brittany Perry…"
Shauntavia Fallon and Brittany Perry were extremely helpful for selecting and remake order for blinds which were defective and/or ordered wrong kind initially. Both took time to explain. We do really appreciate both for their dedication. Both are are right persons for the job. We sure will use Blinds.com when needed.

"I don't give anybody 5 stars, but..."
This was my second order with Blinds.com. I was very satisfied a year ago and this year I put up 2 more. Yep I'm biting off a little at a time. I'll be 76 soon and I can't afford everything at once, or for that matter the job would be too overwhelming for me. I did both installations myself. The blinds fit perfectly and look great on both installations and they went up without a hitch. (that's old people talk for a problem). The packaging was good and all the parts were there. I didn't need the instructions as I'm somewhat of an expert with having 5 installs under my belt previously. Thanks for a great value product and a courteous sales team and staff.

Why does blinds.com post estimate delivery and give a tracking number when the blinds come from turkey and the tracking number can not be used on fed ex in the usa? delivery thu 05/07,2015 - wed 05/13,2015 tracking label created 05/10 but not shipped as of 05/13

“I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.”
